Hello, everyone. Just dropping by in the midst of this whirlwind season of Christmas Past.
It’s a painfully short Christmas season this year—only 28 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 🗓️ But we’re making the most of the time we have together.
Season 10
This season marks our tenth Christmas together! 🔟🎄 When I started Christmas Past back in 2016, I had no idea if it would would be a casual experiment, a one-off, or even if I’d follow through with it at all. But here we are! Still here and feeling the Christmas spirit.
This season, I’m switching up the format a bit. I’m telling true stories from Christmas history in a narrative style. But one thing that won’t change is that I want to share your Christmas memories on the show! ❤️
My New Book
Part of the season 10 excitement is that my new book, Of Christmases Long, Long Ago is out now. Get it in hardcover, ebook, or audiobook (narrated by me!) wherever books are sold.

Appearances
One of the cool things about doing Christmas Past for so long, is that I get to share my Christmas spirit beyond the podcast. ✨ Here’s a smattering of of appearances I’ve made so far this year:
- Interviewed on Nightside with Dan Rea on WBZ 1030 AM radio in Boston
- Provided the voice of the Ghost of Christmas Past in “A Bomb for Christmas” from Can’t Wait for Christmas
- Spoke to a sold out crowd at the historic Ainsley House in Campbell, CA
- Appeared on Live! in the Bay talkshow on KRON4, the San Francisco CW affiliate
- Appeared in Worlds Greatest: Holiday Celebrations documentary series for PBS
- Appeared on Midnight Mastermind on BBC Radio 2
- Interviewed on Book Talk Radio on WYPL FM radio in Memphis
- Scheduled to appear on CBS TV Hartford later in the month
- Recorded a piece for RTE (Irish Public Radio), set to release later this month
- Many, many podcast appearances
And maybe still more to come…who knows?
